A midnight robbery victim, simply identified as Ambrose has passed on after he succumbed to injuries sustained during an alleged midnight robbery at Ogbovwan Community, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
Politicsgovernance.com gathered that the tragic incident that led to Ambrose death occurred at street opposite the mortuary and all his mobile phones, gadget and other valuable items were allegedly stolen.
A source disclosed that the armed men broke into their victim’s apartment and clubbed him to death after he was shot.

The source revealed that, “The killed victim was calling for help from neighbors and the local vigilante but non came before the robber had access to the house.
“After breaking into the apartment, the robbers in a bid to subdue the residents, shot the victim and hit him hard with a hammer.
“His Screams of ‘help, thief’ to alert neighbors and the local security operatives of the ongoing robbery were not successful as non responded to his call. Efforts to revive the victim proved abortive as residents could not rush him to the hospital for fear of running into the robbers in the dead of the night.”
